It is often said that we lay waste to today by regretting yesterday and in so doing, set the stage for tomorrow.

Time passes over all things as water over stones in a river. Do you choose to be the unmoving rock in that stream, slowly worn away to sand by the flow of time or rather the salmon fighting against the current forging ahead, spawning, creating new life that lives on?
