Made it!.  Going through some rather invasive Cancer treatment in the latter part of 2008, there were moments when I was confronted with deep and dark concerns about my limited future here on beautiful planet earth.  Due to the miracle of this era's modern medicine and to perhaps a certain extent, the power of positive thinking, I have arrived safe and sound, baggage in hand, eyes open in wonderment over the infinite possibilities of what 2011 will bring.

May we all successfully bury the old demons, embrace (with accolades to W.E. Henley) 'whatever Gods there may be', and stay and finish strong in our most precious endeavors.
